I have created a 1 to many form with a grid to enter the
child records but for some strange reason the new child
records only contain the parent information. When I click
into the grid area, the status message says my child table
is read only. But the read only properties for those fields
are all set to false so I should be able to write the new
data. I am connecting the two tables via the data environment.
The ControlSource properties for the child fields are set to
the proper child names. What could be wrong? I have tried
everything to update that table.
