Has this contol been registered? I ran into a similar problem with a Pinnacle OCX and that was the solution.

If so, Tom's suggestion for trying another machine is definately a good one, I have experienced MANY problems that were solved with a different machine. That's the problem with all these common controls and DLL's, if you get one wioth a differnt build time, all hell can break loose (g).
