The problem with doing it there is that you've just mixed tiers. To be able to physically isolate each of the tiers, that really belongs in the UI, not in the business object (or bizrules).

What might be kind of cool would be to have a simple form that consisted of a listbox. All of the broken rules would be in the list. Then you could add a button (or double-click) to take the user right to the pageframe/cell/editbox/whatever that the error refers to.
