IC. I don't have an earlier version of shell32.dll so I can't test it out. Offhand, I'd look for any other copies of shell32.dll. Any chance you have more than one? That's a WAG.

Also, the info that 4.71 is required is just coming from MS information. It's a possibility, I suppose, that it works with earlier versions but is undocumented (and it might be buggy?).
