You should try PCMacLan or Dave. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the companies that does it. I personnaly used PcMacLan before and it worked very well. It simply add an Ethertalk protocol to windows. That way, you can see a mac drive and access files.

In Windows NT, you can add a Mac service.
