www.winternals.com; Winternals offers a line of products for beating up NT/Win2K pretty well (they're the people who put out NTFSDOS, which lets you manipulate NTFS from a DOS system (free util for read-only, you have to buy the read/write capable version) and the FAT32 driver for NT, and a ton of other useful stuff.) Their stuff isn't free, but my experience has been it's worth every penny I've spent - ERD Commander Pro paid for itself after the first couple of times I frobbed an NT Server's NTFS partition or lost a drive with the System partition on it and had to get at another NTFS volume...
