Well the lawsuit may well be frivolous and I think MS has gotten into a multiple jeprody thing just like the Tobacco Companies, which is wrong and should not be allowed.

But Microsoft did offer better deals on Windows to the big computer manufactures than they offered the small ones. And they did make the computer makers sign aggrements not to pre-load other OS's on their computers in order to get the better deals. This was wrong and they should be punished. (Now bend over and grab your ankels!)
