To me, Access means more work. I have gotten two failed Access projects in the last year. Access seems to drawn in people with just enough knowledge to get into trouble. Seems they were able to create some pretty forms and 'talk the talk', but when it comes to supporting a customer, they couldn't 'walk the walk'. I run into these Access turkeys all the time.
