Here's mine:
VB: Swiss Army Knife of development tools. Can do lot's of things. Not OOP.
VFP: Fast with desktop databases. Full OOP.
Delphi: Between C and VB. More code to write. Faster. Full OOP.
PowerBuilder: Can't comment.
