Hey Mike,

RI wouldn't say anything. It can't, it's just a property (or state) of the data. If the data has NO orphaned records it has RI, if it DOES have orhpaned records it doens't have RI. That's it. Basically what you said earlier.

The cascade, restrict, ignore stuff is just how you go about maintaining RI in the data. The code in those triggers isn't RI, because RI can't be code.
