I develop all the screens to fit on a 640x480. I set autocenter to True and the borderstyle to resizable for forms that can logically be resized. THen, I have a mechinism to reposition objects like Textboxes and ComboBoxes, and Resize objects like Grids and Pageframes, and another to save the last size position and state of the form. That way, it looks like the Designed mode once, and after that, its all up to the user.
