I did try in the box, not the expression builder. Nope - Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V work in the Expression builder, too, apparently, from a quick trial a minute ago under VFP6 - took a field, grabbed it's expression from Expression builder, added a field to the report, and added the field name from the paste buffer in the expression builder.
