What do you mean? You can make the form always come up in the middle with Form.Autocenter.

If you are talking about adjustng the form and control size depending on screen resolution, then there are some sizer classes here in the files section that I think will do this. To be honest though, I think the idea is silly. A user sets his resolution higher because he wants stuff smaller, or wants to fit more on the screen. Sizing your forms dynamically ignores this, and will make your app look silly next to all of the user's other applications.
