AFA general NT Server books, Using Windows NT Server 4 - Platinum Edition from Que is fairly comprehensive; I'd also recommend getting the Resource Kits for NT and IIS from Microsoft.

Also, some web sites - John Saville's NT FAQ and Windows NT Systems Magazine. And if money is burning a hole in your pocket, Winternals LLC puts out some great tools for NT and Win2K that are invaluable for people maintaining NT Server and Workstation systems...
