Hi Fida,
You don't need both the TABLEUPDATE and SQLCOMMIT. It appears that you are using remtoe views, so SQLCOMMIT is not needed or desired.
Have you checked your domain or entity or check constraints in Oracle? There are a LOT of reasons why the update might have failed.
