Click on the File Cabinent icon on the left, which will take you to the Files section - you can then pick subtopics and download from there.
If the problem is you want access to the Search engine and a 1 year subscription is too expensive, you might consider one of the new PUTM membership options for one or two months - the cost of a one month membership ($15 CDN, about $10-12 US depending on the exchange rate) could probably be recovered in the first hour or so...

Effective Techniques for Application Development with Visual FoxPro 6.0 by Jim Booth and Steve Sawyer is a great book on VFP development, and well worth the effort to read (my copy is already pretty beaten up.)
