If you have access to a credit card, you can pay via credit card on-line from the main UT login screen - click on Secure Credit Card Payment to reach this.

If you need to send a check/money order/whatever, there are detailed instructions on http://www.levelextreme.com/register.asp#3, which outline the cost and where to send the check.

I don't have the current coversion rates - your bank should, as would services like Thomas Cook (this is a company that specializes in currency exchange and travel - they charge a relatively large fee for their services, but handle all sorts of currencies. The company I work for (a publisher specializing in books on Japan and the Far East) uses them because we have to pay royalties to authors in a number of different currencies; we maintain accounts in yen and US $, and use Thomas Cook where we can't pay the author in one of these currencies.) If your bank can issue a check in US or Canadian dollars, it'll probably be less expensive than a third-party service like this - the rates are on the same page for a yearly subscription (I don't know what facilities UT has for handling shorter time periods by check.)
