lex and yacc are common C tools distributed in source form - you can download the C source for them from any of the GNU project sites if nowhere else. You can get them for the Windows environment quite easily - if you use your search engine in your web browser and look for yacc, you'll probably turn up a few thousand hits - MSN has a good selection of sites, and you can probably find translations of their manuals in your native language, as well as a download site that's fairly close to your location.
