No, you can't have more info here. The Win32API is invaluable. Yes, you can have some help here when you have a problem with an API function, but UT can't replace the help file.

BTW, as Arnon already said, Win32 API functions are all in Windows' DLLs. There is no Win32API.dll, but a set of DLLs. So, if you have Windows, you have all functions available. Although, some differences exist between Win32S, Win95 and WinNT.
