Good points, Paul. Pass or fail, the effort involved in studying for and taking this exam has broadened our awareness of tools we owe it to ourselves to know how to use. The scope of this exam was evident as soon as MS published the official preparation guide, but reading over the Skills Being Measured on the outline is one thing, whereas knowing that you have to take an exam on them is another. Without the pressure of the exam itself I know that I would not have forced myself to learn as much as I now have (or think I have, anyway).

As for DevGroup, I agree the Skills Being Measured topics would make good presentation material. Of course, we need to remain cognizant of the NDA even after the beta period is over.
