>>Our application is written in VFP6 SP3, thus a MS Windows only app -- runs on Citrix Metaframe servers to Mac, to Unix, as well as to Windows. To me this is an Enormous advantage in a diverse population, you can serve multiple target machines.

Since the app is running under NT 4 if you use Metaframe, and all the local system does is interpret screens and keystrokes passing between them and the Citrix server , you could use almost anything smarter than a GE toaster oven that had a Metaframe client, just like you could run an app across a wire under PC Anywhere using any PC Anywhere client - the app runs on the server not the local machine.
