If you have VFP6, use the FFC registry class, which is much easier than trying to roll your own API stuff. If you have an earlier version of VFP, download one of the registry classes from here on UT and use that, rather than rolling your own registry stuff. If you have the WSH installed on your target systems, you can use the Wscript.Shell's registry access methods.

If you want to roll your own registry stuff in any case, get your hands on a copy of the MSDN docs and look at the API functions whose names start with the phrase Reg (case-sensitive).
