First, if you have not done so already, download the Visual Studio 6 Service Pack 3 from http://msdn.microsoft.com/vfoxpro/downloads/updates.asp and install it on your development machines or get it on CD (it's a very large download and probably worth the nominal charge from Microsoft to get the CD. If you have a TechNet subscription, it's in the current TechNet), and then redistribute updated runtime components. This sounds like one of many problems addressed in the Service Pack that involved memory errors and printer drivers.

The odds are that not all users have the same or equivalent pritner drivers installed, and the differences in system behavior are either driver dependent or differences in how the printers are defined through the user's Windows Printer configuration
