>Hi. I am trying to register a COM on a client machine. I have run the clireg32.exe and filled out the necessary information. When I run the Remote Automation Connection Manager, It displays the COM and all the information properly, yet I am unable to connect remotely. I keep getting the OLE error: class not registered.

How are you referencing the remote COM object? If using the ProgID, it must be registered on both the client and the remote server.
