Do you mean a button on preview toolbar? You can do it.
Firslty, create your own resource file and SET RESOURCE TO Myfoxuser.dbf. Then you may select from VFP menu View/Toolbars/Print Preview/Customize, and remove some button(s) from the toolbar. The new toolbar apperance will be saved in Myfoxuser.Dbf. Now you have it: in run-time when necessary (e.g. right before REPORT FORM ... PREVIEW) 'activate' your resource file (SET RESOURCE TO myfoxuser.dbf) and 'deactivate' it (SET RESOURCE TO) afterwards.
