title about sums it up!

I've just 'upgraded' my system to windows 98 se because I'd read a number of favourable comments on its increased stability here on the UThread. I've take the opportunity to install a complete virgin copy of everything onto a new C drive. Mostly going pretty well (or I wouldn't be talking to you now!)

Just reinstalled the Navigator, though, and when I tried to log on, it refused with the error message that 'username can't be left empty' or something to that effect. I can't ever remember having to enter one to start with and I can't find anywhere to make such an entry.

Must have done it right at some time!

Can someone please put me out of my misery and remind me what I'm supposed to do that I haven't
