Well, I just finished entering your suggested code to change printers while in FPW2.6, and while I think it succeeded in going from HPLJ4+ to Generic/Text Only, I can't get it to go back. I created another program, just like your original one, substituting "HP LaserJet 4 Plus/4M Plus" for "Generic/Text Only" both times it occurred in your code, but it doesn't work. Anytime I try to do anything with the printer, all I get is a little error message at the bottom of the screen which reads "Printer not ready". I have even re-cold-booted my PC, but still, all I can get is this same error message.
