Trying to create GUI apps from scratch with program code doesn't make much sense, it's just doing things the hard way, like we used to back in early FP. If you want a PRG for some reason, there's no reason you can't create the basic form and controls with the form/class designer, and then get the code from the Class Designer (View Code), and then save and use that for your PRG. Modify that as needed...
