>Does anybody in here know what API function should I use to find the Default Profile Name? I am trying to add email capabilities to an application and I need to be able to find the Profile Name so I can do this.

Can you clarify what exactly you're looking for - if this is something in a particular email product, it's doubtful that the Win32 API will be of much use; you'll need to access things through either a product-specific API or automation object.

If you're looking for user-dependent "Special folders" information used and maintained by Windows through the logged-in user's profile, you may be able to use either the Windows Scripting Host's Wscript.Shell SpecialFolders collection to retrieve the value you need, or you may need to use the registry's HKEY_CURRENT_USER hive to hunt up the detail that you need.
