Outlook has an extensive automation model available to you; it's going to be much easier to make inquiries through the automation model rather than trying to find the application data for the logged-in user spread out over all of creation. You'll want to get the automation model and constats for the version you're using; there are examples of Outlook automation here on UT, as well as a couple of articles written by John Petersen on automating Outlook from VFP written for FoxTalk - you can download the full article and files for the articles for $5/article from
