Your procedure does what I need it to do. I have used it for two reasons now. Autoincrementing the id and for deleting. It gets a unique id every time and thats what I need. Just one little question though. I have been trying to store the lastid from the table into the syskeys LastKey field but with no success. My table already has data in it. The problem is that the LastKey field defaults to 1 when you first click add. I need it to get the last ID from the table and increment that number the first time I click add for that table. From then on the table will be stored and the ID will be correct.
