Pardon my intrusion into this thread, but perhaps the location of your temp files directory is not where you expect it to be, and that destination does not have sufficient disk space.
You might check your config.fpw for the "TMPFILES" setting, or check the Files Location for "Temporary Files" in the Tools/Options Dialogue.
