Yes. Install Shield is a powerful engine with a more robust language interface. It is also widly used and very up to date with lanugauges and platforms (Java, All net types, and linux, solarias, ect.) which may not apply to you :-)

But there is a light, point click and setup in minutes solution, its called InstallShield Express. I think its great, and if your going to setup a VFP app there are sample available here for you.

They have automattic Install types for Delphi, VB, and VC++ ect. that automatically add any run-time files and do anything registry that you need to run the app; but there's nothing for VFP :-( But, I have talked to them about getting a type set up (unfortuanatly, they haven't talked back < g >)
