I can recommend two things, get to know what properties are under which tab, that will reduce the list quite a bit, and the ol' CTRL + ALT + The-First-Letter-of-the-Property-or-Method-You're-Looking-For shortcut.

Oh, and if your talking about your classes, you may have some properties that are better left "Hidden."
