If I recall properly, there is a file (in US English) called VFP5ENU.DLL that the runtime needs to start up properly. Your version might be something like VFP5SPA.DLL or VFP5ESP.DLL (?). This file should be installed in your WINDOWS/SYSTEM folder, typically.
