Image Edit is in both the Developer Studio (by default, it installs under VFP\Imagedit on a full install) and Visual Studio (not installed by default, but under the VB distribution part of VS6 CD 2 or CD3) distributions, and also in the platform resource kits. It is not redistributable AFAIK. Nancy Folsom has an entry in the FAQ on UT telling where you can find various versions.
