Windows controls sounds. That control is governed by the sond card and it's driver. The PC Speaker is not a valid sound device in windows. You would have to find a driver for the PC Speaker first.

After you get the driver, you will have to hack into the registry to switch the settings to guide windows in playing a sound.

I would not switch the output from the sound card to the pc speaker. Just play the wav through the sound card. If they don't have speakers attached, per company policy, you are out of luck. < it can be done but I have never thought of doing it>
