It is the Microsoft-provided Generic/Text Only printer driver; it does not support the use of most hardware-independence features for printed output. It is not the vendor-supplied printer driver. The manufacturer in the Windows Printer Setup dialog is Generic, and the driver is the Generic/Text Only print driver.
