For the VPF 6.0 beta shirts I had a flat rate of $40 for US and $50 for overseas shipments. The leftover funds were donated to the local children's hospital. The flat rates made it easier for everyone and making it non-profit allowed me to use the Foxhead logo without worrying about the a Microsoft lawyer sending me a nasty letter. I also cleared the use of the Foxhead logo with MS before doing this.
