You may have to save the spreadsheet in the excel 95 format, or possibly in the excel 95/97 format (although i have no idea how VFP deals with that)

The problem is that VFP was happy to import from xl5, but MS changed the format again in 97, so now VFP doesn't really know why the header/format is changed.

Could you do something with DDE or maybe OLE?


BTW, that's an unusual spelling of 'Jacci' I thought my mom was only trying to be different - is there any history or ethnic background to that spelling?
