>We have a programming department of 4 using FoxPro v2.6 DOS. We would like to use a config mgmt or version ctrl system to keep things more organized. Do you know of one?
PVCS is available for the DOS environment; it does not integrate in the same fashion that PVCS or Visual SourceSafe integrate with VFP through the project manager. You'll have to do the version control outside of FoxPro by hand. If you're running Win9x or better, you can do the same sort of manual version control with VSS. The sole advantage to PVCS in this case is the availability of command line utilties to handle the version retrieval and update.
