no, i don't think this would help because the SQL server's
equivelant of "stored procedures" are written differently
what u can do IMHO, is use VIEWs in yor forms etc.
the transition from local-views to remote-views will be
relativly easy and will save u alot of coding
(if u intend to use VFP as the client side in the C/S scheme)
another point to consider is to move to MS SQL server as u have
an "update wizard" to help u with the transition
