Yes I know it's not necessary with VFP, that isn't the point. Some of these DSNs need to point to SQL Server, DB2 (Mainframe), and / or Oracle databases. The idea is to create a common polymorphic engine that would allow access to specific data that might take any of the above formats. Thus, ODBC connection makes the most sense to us ... Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
