You can only get the funcionalities you have asked with activeX. Check out DBI TECHNOLOGIES (i think it's "www.dbi-tech.com"); at Component ToolBox they have some grids and listboxes that, probabilly, do what you want. You can download some examples, and even use it on your code to test before buy.
