For me it's a toss-up between VI, which I've used some, but would benefit from studying more, and maybe Designing Databases for SQL Server 7, which should look good on the resume.
I figure a good bit of existing VFP design knowledge would apply to the SQL 7 Designing, and I'd like to force myself to learn the things that are different. I have MSDE available of course, to play with -- and also a Small Business Server 4.5 with SQL 7 included. I'll take 70-100 after VFP betas, then decide.
