>I need a help using IDX indexes with CR. I have designed a report with a source of two Fox2x tables (parent-child): TEMP1.DBF and TEMP2.DBF; and an index named TEMP2.IDX. Both tables are linked by the index key. In my application I have defined the DataFile property array with 2 elements (0 and 1) pointing out to temporary tables created during runtime (substituting the original TEMP1 and TEMP2). Also during execution a temporary index file (substituting TEMP2.IDX) is created, with the same name of temporary file for TEMP2.DBF. This works great in my standalone PC and from CR also, but when I install the application in a Windows network and run the report, I get the following message:
>
>"xBase warning. Index file xBase error. Could not open the file. Could not be opened for file temp2.idx"
>
>I have tried using UNC addresses and drive mapping, but I get the same results. I also monitored files creation, with Windows Explorer and verified that all temporary files were generated. Full control is granted for all users accesing the directory where the application and datafiles reside.

Why not create a single table with all the data.
