I've only had one problem with it. On my NT system the floppy drive quit working with Black Ice running. I found the fix in their KB. Adding the line

starting.i = 101 

to the blackice.ini file fixed the problem.

Black Ice may also prevent FTP transfers. If you are running at the 'nervous' or 'paranoid' security levels and the FTP server wants to change ports, Black Ice will see it as an intrusion attempt. The solution is to back the security level down to 'cautious' for the FTP transfer.
