I found the problem.
This appends when you install the printer driver on the server with a share name longer then 8 chr. and answer yes to the question of not using this printer in DOS.

When the driver is installed this way, WS win95 cannot see the printer on the NT machine. This problem append only if you install the printer, as shared, on a NT 4,0 machine.
