When you compile in the Project Manager, one of the settings in the Project Information sheet on the Project tab indicates whether the executable will contain the Debug information, and another whether it's encrypted - if it's encryped, the resulting file does not compress well, and it's more difficult to extract the source directly from the executable. Unchecking the Encrypted text box will allow the file to compress better, at the expense of some security in the source code.
