There seems to be 2 issues here. Keeping your report layout and using email.

As for email, the Universal Thread uses MailX Extension which I describe it as the most powerful 3rd party I ever use. I spent a lot of time with other small product until I discover that one.

As for keeping the report as is, if you can just build a small EXE which will let the user see the report you will send them by email attachment, that might do the job. You can also try FRXTORTF 3rd party which will create a look a like Word document. Or, use OLE directory to create a Word document.
